Cognizant acquires Astreya for approximately $600M to boost AI infrastructure capabilities

Cognizant agreed to acquire Astreya, an IT services provider focused on AI infrastructure and data center services, for approximately $600 million. Astreya has managed data center infrastructure and AI lab environments for six of the 'Magnificent Seven' tech firms. This follows Cognizant's January 2026 acquisition of 3Cloud and its 2024 $1.3 billion acquisition of Belcan.
