Hightouch raised $150 million in Series D funding led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives and Bain Capital Ventures at a $2.75 billion valuation, up from $1.2 billion in its February 2025 Series C. Additional investors include Iconiq Capital, Sapphire Ventures, Amplify Partners, Y-Combinator, and TD7. The composable customer data platform, founded by ex-Segment founders, reported 100%+ YoY growth for two consecutive years and $100M+ ARR. The company plans to build a marketing context layer, deploy agents for on-brand content creation, and enable personalized real-time marketing across channels. Customers include Domino's, PetSmart, DraftKings, Ramp, and Whoop.
