San Jose-based Tessera Labs raised $60 million in an oversubscribed Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz to build an AI-native platform that compresses ERP transformation timelines from years to weeks and cuts costs by more than half. Founded in 2025 by Kabir Nagrecha (former Meta researcher) and Ming Chang, the vendor-agnostic platform targets the $89 billion-plus SAP S/4HANA migration services market with natural language requirements input and built-in governance, security, and traceability.
