Ghent-based Tekst raised €11.5 million ($13.5M) in a Series A led by Boston-based Elephant, with participation from Entourage. Founded in 2022 by Wouter Janssen and Tiebe Parmentier, Tekst employs 35 people and plans to double headcount by end of 2026. Tekst's platform automatically reconstructs business processes from digital traces (emails, documents, clicks) across SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft systems, enabling AI agents to automate back-office workflows like quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and order management. Named customers include Daikin Europe, Colruyt Group, Securex, and Becton Dickinson. At Becton Dickinson, the platform achieved 90% autonomous handling within three weeks.
